Print Phone Script and Materials​

  • PRINT all the phone scripts and place in your operations binder.

  • Print the objection handlers, mentality of dialing, and other needed phone materials.

  • PRACTICE AND MASTER the "MORTGAGE PROTECTION A LEAD" Script and the "OBJECTION HANDLERS"

  • Role play this with mentor when ready BEFORE DIALING!

Record Yourself 60 Times

 

  • Record Myself and the script.  BE CRITICAL!  Rate myself on the following:

  • Sound scripted?​

  • Friendly

  • Urgency

  • Good Tonality

  • Once I sound like a pro, I will send this recording to my manager

Track Your Activity

  • It's CRITICAL that I track my activity when dialing

  • Use the activity tracker helps to understand where you need to focus on to sharpen your skills. consult with your manager weekly on this for course correction

Get Dialing

  • Don't wait!

  • Dial during PRIME hours are preferred

  • Monday - Saturday 8am - 12pm​

  • Sunday - Fridays 5pm - 8pm

  • Any time to dial is better than not dialing at all!
